Playing on the whims of masculinity and femininity: Reason #4

Nature has decided evidently that what pulls the hearts of men and women may be opposite extremes. In the field of sociology, it has been argued that nurture is more powerful than nature. But what does nature say about that? Do parents give red and yellow toy trucks and cars to boys because they’re trying to brainwash them? Do girls gravitate toward pink because it’s forced upon them?

Why was there a “War of the Roses”- the white rose against the red rose? Flowers whether we like it or not pull on the heartstrings of men and women in different ways. A saggy pink flower tells a different story than a thorny red one, but the story they tell can only be deciphered inside an observant soul.

Depending on the age and gender of your audience, different flowers are more powerful in influencing the way they feel. Orange and black flowers are preferred during Halloween, while green and red flowers help people forget about the black and blue cold reality of winter. And even a hundred different flowers of the same color may show a thousand different shades of that same color, even a withered white one, and each shade of a single color can be scientifically proven to influence human feeling in a different way.

The shape of a flower to is just as impactful as the color, and this is the golden nugget.

Understand your customer demographic, and choose the color and shape of your flowers wisely. History tells the rest.
